Short version: use the tools for anything lawful, free of charge. Do not attack the site or copy it. What you make is yours.
1. Agreement
These Terms apply to 108 ToolBox at 108toolbox.in. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 108 ToolBox, and “you” means anyone using the website.
2. Who may use the site
Anyone may use this site. There is no account to create and nothing to sign. If you are below the age of 18, please use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
3. What the site is
108 ToolBox is a collection of small utilities that run inside your browser. Use of the site is free. There is no subscription, no trial, no paid tier and no payment of any kind.
Because the tools run on your own device, we do not receive, see or store what you put into them. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
4. How you may use the site
You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You do not need our permission and you do not need to credit us.
5. What you must not do
You agree that you will not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process content that is illegal, stolen or that you have no right to use;
- use the site to infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- attempt to hack, attack, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system connected to it;
- introduce a virus, worm, trojan or any other harmful code;
- use bots, crawlers or automated scripts to hammer the site, or scrape it in bulk;
- copy, mirror, resell or redistribute the site, its design or its code, as set out in the Copyright Notice;
- remove or hide any copyright or ownership notice;
- present the site, or any tool on it, as your own.
6. Your content stays yours
You keep every right in the text, the files and the results you handle with these tools. We claim nothing over them, and we could not use them even if we wanted to, because they never leave your device.
You are responsible for what you choose to process, and for having the right to process it.
7. Our content stays ours
The name, the logo, the design, the writing and the code of this site belong to 108 ToolBox. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you. The full position is on the Copyright Notice page.
8. No warranty
The site and the tools are provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate or complete, or that the site will always be available or free of errors. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. That includes loss of data, loss of profit or business, and any decision you took on the basis of a result from a tool.
You use this website at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Other websites
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it. Visiting it is your decision, and their terms apply once you arrive.
11. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any tool or any part of the site at any time, without notice. We may also stop offering the site altogether. We are not obliged to keep any tool running.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause is to be read down or removed, and the rest of these Terms continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and are to be read in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute connected with this website or these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
